Poem Title: Nobody Knows

I first wrote this poem in 2002 when I was hugely challenged with health and sleep. It still resonates with me today. My hope: It reaches out to others. Nobody knows what it’s like, Lying awake for half the night, You toss and turn, You cannot sleep, You get.....
